Yes, we started, the 1st 2000 crops are vertically growing to their maturity.
So exciting seeing after just one week a big difference in size, color, and tiny leaves coming up from the heart of the seedlings. It is already a big difference when growing outdoor where you don't have control over temperature, light, and humidity. We did not start to use CO2 in the farm yet which is believed to give crops a boost during photosynthesis. We will add a proper level of CO2 in the farm reaching for the best crops on the island.
Soon we will release our first promo video specifically for restaurant owners and chefs to power up their kitchens with HYBiZZ greens. We also started to be more active on social media resulting in exponential curves in views, the farm is being noted.
Meanwhile, we monitor the performance of Lalique, Amadeus, Rafael, Rex, Spectation, Manolis, Model, and Carmesi, for insides to know a variety of Crystal Lettuce, Romaine Butterhead, and Batavia.
